Chinese including Asian population has now surpassed Mexican immigrants
in The United States now. This article indicates Chinese-American adult
population has reached 24% of the of the total adult population in
America. Due to tens of thousands of Chinese flooded to America during
late 19th century, this land of immigrant passes the "Chinese Exclusion
Act" in 1882 which eventually ended in 1943. During the first arrivals,
mostly of them were uneducated with poor culturally assimilated
immigrants. Since the abolishment of the torturous Act, many immigrated
Chinese arrive nowadays are well-educated and regarded as high talented
professionals. In many private and government organizations, Chinese
are now pivotal in major issues and behind the political decision making
processes. Even though, their highly-accented language, America can no
longer resists the Chinese' involvement in many vital turning moments.
Like Chinese, Asian Indians and many other Asians including Burmese are
taking the important roles in today's America. Many young Burmese
generations are now successful professionals in many careers from The
White House to the Google, many sushi store owners to giant
multi-millions software companies, officers to presidents of the many
giant finance and business companies, private corporals to colonels in
the military. You name it. We, the Burmese, are everywhere.
After
all, American can no longer afford to resist the talent of Asians. You
will never know one day Burmese will hold the cabinet position in this
