HAPPY 2016!

With the closing of 2015 and unfolding of 2016, many set the resolutions which mostly are the same we did in the past. We want to have common sense goals which can be materialized and benefit us the best. To me, it is very simple: let's straighten out the things around us to the best.
Let's look at The Wynns' 2015:
Family's winter retreat at Big Bear mayoral mansion in January was memorable. We made first ever amazing Caribbean cruising with 7k's passengers Royal Caribbean Mega-ship Oasis of The Seas in May with Zaw and Nwe. I am so glad to visit NASA's Cape Canaveral land mass (of my lifelong dream) where major space explorations take place. Our pre-reserved Pasadena's JPL tour in February was part of my bucket list to visit all NASA locations. My brother Tom and his beloved Chit visit west coast in March for the first time to reunite with my family. We were so thrilled to have endless conversations that we missed in the past hiatus. My girls love their uncle and auntie's sense of humor. Sudden onset of ailment sent me briefly to the hospital ER where I stayed for few days which prevented me to welcome my brother couple and Cho's friend Nge Sein though I wish much more. Hope Tom can spend more time in the future. As part of my lifelong commitment to the resettled Burmese community, I took dozens of them to LA's CA Science Center where "Death Sea Scrolls" showcased. They were overwhelmed. Well, our kitchen and dining areas are being upgraded and we are thrilled to invite many friends to showcase our 'almost wiped-out budget' facelift. My high school and college classmate ko Htin Lynn (also well known as "love boat Doctor") and his beloved wife unannounced visit (I can't thank enough to our mutual friend Suzan) allows me to reconnected with our high school alma mater Teacher Theresa. We are now very close by using today's networking. Our youngest niece lovely Monica graduated with High Class Honor in Architecture from De Monfort of Cambridge University, London in July. Tom and The Wynns are the proudest ever. She is the last to join college credentialed brigade in both families. Not to the surprise, she landed in an architectural company in London immediately, following the successful career path all her sis and bro do.
Sandhi has been promoted to the next grade level while she is on the way to completing her practicing nurse residency. Angela was also promoted to the compliance officer position at her financial institute. Angela joins her sis Sandhi by joining homeownership in October. She, likes all The Wynns, steps in this shoe without anyone assistance except her sole earning. Well, we were surprised to learn Barbara has been forced to promote to the one of the most difficult casualty adjuster positions by her manager. Her hesitation to advancing her life will always be that way. As their careers moved into upward trends, their relationships with whoever they are with, also are beginning to taking shapes and hope will move forward in positive direction.
Like past years, we continue the tradition of "stay home warm and watch TV" of New York and Los Angeles new year eve events and Pasadena's Rose Parade. How wonderful it is. See our clippings.
As always, our health and happiness are top priorities everyday in our aging generation. The Wynns wish all our friends and families, near and afar, the best!
HAPPY 2016!
